In-house Service/Repair Returns

GDS Technologies provide a comprehensive after sales service to all our customers.
An initial assessment will be made of any product returned to GDS, an administration charge of £17 for a single item will be chargeable plus £5.00 for each additional item.
For products returned under warranty (see Terms and Conditions C103) there will be no charge for this service.
GDS Technologies operates an Equipment Tracking Number (ETN) system for returning any products.

Note: GDS will not accept any products returned without a valid ETN number.
