In-house Service/Repair Returns

GDS Technologies provide a comprehensive after sales service to all our customers.

An initial assessment will be made for any products returned to GDS for in-house service/repair; an initial assessment fee of £25.00 per item will apply. A quotation will be issued for the cost of service/repair and on acceptance of this we will offset the initial acceptance fee.

For products returned under warranty (see Terms and Conditions C103) there will be no charge for this service.

GDS Technologies operates an Equipment Tracking Number (ETN) system for returning any products.

Note: GDS will not accept any products returned without a valid ETN number.
