An initial assessment will be made for any products returned to GDS for in-house service/repair; an initial assessment fee of £25.00 per item will apply. A quotation will be issued for the cost of service/repair and on acceptance of this we will offset the initial acceptance fee. If you no longer require your goods to be serviced/repaired after this quotation, we will return the goods and invoice £25.00 plus postage and packing.)

For products returned under warranty (see Terms and Conditions C103) there will be no charge for this service.
