In January 2011, GDS became a member of the WeeeCare Compliance Scheme. This demonstrates that all necessary obligations are fulfilled in accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006.

GDS Technologies Ltd is registered as a lower tier waste carrier/broker/dealer with the Environment Agency.
